Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
Size issues
Manufacturing defects
Receiving a wrong item
Customers are responsible for shipping fees in case of size change or change of mind.
If the exchange is due to an error or defect, RK Collection will cover all shipping costs.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or washed items
Items without tags or original packaging
Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
